Perla brings more than a decade of pastry experience to Circa 1886, most recently serving as Executive Pastry Chef of Restaurants at Sun Valley Resort in Idaho. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu’s Baking & Pastry Arts program in San Francisco, her pastry style blends classical French technique with seasonal ingredients and influences from her Hispanic heritage.

Working alongside @chefmarccollins, Perla will bring her creativity and thoughtful approach to the Circa 1886 pastry program, crafting desserts designed to be a memorable part of the dining experience.
